He was the art director for The Official NFL Catalog, VP of User-Experience for a first-generation, international Dot.Com agency, and led the North American marketing organization for a Danish affiliate of the LEGO parent company.
He started his first company in 2008 and developed a strategic model to help B2B companies scale lead generation and customer acquisition. An alumni of the University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management.

Melissa is a serial entrepreneur and a sales management expert with a SPHR human resources management certification. She has Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. One of her businesses made the short-list for the 50-fastest women-led companies in the nation for 2014. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization – acting as board member and informal advisor to other successful women.
She was awarded Enterprising Woman of the Year in 2014 – now on the advisory board to the Enterprising Women magazine and the author of Freelance Nation, a book that examines America’s changing workforce and the growth of micro-enterprises and freelancers.
